Most of the snow is gone at the lower elevation.  Still cold over night.
Many of the campgrouond are open or will open soon.  Also many of the backcountry roads are also open.  There is some blow down on the trail from the winds this past winter for a hiker or mtn bike not much problem.  But for a horseback rider this will be a problem.
